I don't get why there's two versions of it Classic is a niche flavour, for people that know what they want out of the game. If you don't know which flavour to pick, Enhanced is always the one you want to pick.
It has better UIs, performance, native controller support, Tactician/Honor Mode, a bunch of voiceovers and quests, gameplay features(Dual wielding/wands), etc. So two very specific reasons to choose Classic over EE, if neither of these appeal to you. (Removing spells like Tactical retreat and Phoenix Dive just makes gameplay less fun) These in conjunction with balance changes removed specific ways to play the game. They removed many skills that were originally in the game, Classic had 139 Skills while EE only has 128. You want to play a sneak backstab rogue or a Leech and Zombie tank playstyle. Classic has it's own achievements and surprisingly enough, more than the Enhanced edition.Ģ. There are two reasons why you might want to play Classic over Enhanced.ġ.
